Human Rights

As a citizen of Scanadia, you have the right to say whatever you want as long as it does not affect another and/or is not a threat.

Bomb threats are not allowed and depending on how many times you have threatened a bomb threat, consenquences will varry from a warning all the way to jail time. Racist claims will range from a warning to a $100 Scanadian dollar fine.

As a citizen of Scanadia, idivuals are entitled to express their thoughts, opinions, and emotions freely provided they do not incite violence and/or hatred.

DONT: The president is a short n-word

Those that incite violence and/or hatred will either recieve a warning and/or a fine, depending on the severity.

The right of revolution gives all citizens of Scanadia the right to overthrow the government and/or specific President in the governmental office. There are exepections of when citizens are permitted to do so. In the case that the President has not publically spoken or done actions to either: serve, protect, and or keep the economy stable; all citizens of Scanadia have the right to overthrow the President and do a forced election.

When the government is causing harm to the citizens, all citizens have the right to create a revolution to force a change. In the case that it's something simple as lowering taxes; a revolution is not nessessary and not permitted. In other cases where a mass amount people are becoming homeless or unable to find a job; a revolution is permitted.
