Civilian Identification Card (SCA-RL.1a)

To own a house and/or live in Scanadia, you must own multiple Civilian Identification Cards (CIDC).


A CIDC must be framed and protected from weather outside next to the front door of your house. Another CIDC must be kept on you at all times.


To own a business  in Scanadia, before legally opening, you must have a CIDC publicly accessible and visible to the public. To work at a business in Scanadia, you must either have a valid work permit or a CIDC.

Drivers License (SCA-RL.2a)

To own and/or drive a motor powered vehicle of any kind, you must own a drivers license (DL).


If you are driving with an expired and/or invalid license, an officer is permitted to pull you over for suspicion.

You cannot legally purchase and/or own a motor power vehicle with an expired/invalid license. You cannot legally drive a motor powered vehicle with an expired/invalid license.

Building Permits (SCA-RL.3a)

In order to build on an owned property in Scanadia, you must have a legal building permit (LBP) signed by a government official (GOVO).


You must put the LBP somewhere publicly visible and accessible during construction. Once construction is complete, place LBP somewhere easy to access when needed. When construction is complete, you do not have to have it publically visible and accessible, only during construction you do.

Government Information (SCA-RL.4a)

When looking for official laws and/or information about Scanadia, make sure the site is owned by the official Scanadian government. Official sites will not straight out say they are official, they'll briefly say managed by Scanadia GOV.


When making a site including information about Scanadia, you cannot claim it to be owned by the Scanadian government. You must make it clear that it's not official and is third-party.




When breaking the second paragraph law, you can get a 500 to 1000 Scanadian Dollar fine. If the actions were harmful to the country, it can lead up to 4 years behind bars.

Escaping Jail (SCA-RL.5a)

When behind bars, it is illegal to escape or attempt to escape jail.


If you help someone escape or attempt to help someone escape, you will be charged for attempted escape and can lead up to 10 years in jail.


If you are in jail and attempt or do escape from jail, you will keep the same charges from before but have an additional charge, attempted escape. This can add up to 10 years for jail time.

Fraud & Impersonation (SCA-RL.6a)

If you attempt and/or do commit fraud (Deceive others to believing something), it can get you a 500 - 1200 Scanadian Dollar fine and/or 20 years in jail. That is only if it is not that severe of fraud.


If you impersonate a government official or an officer of any kind (that includes security guards & workers of businesses) it can cause 1000 - 2500 Scanadian Dollar fine and/or 72 years behind bars.


This depends on the severity of the actions done.

Theft (SCA-RL.7a)

This law has been moved to SCA-RL.16a and will be replaced shortly.


When attempting and/or doing a theft (ex. high-jacking, stealing, grand auto theft), it can get you a 1000 - 2500 Scanadian Dollar fine and/or 10 years behind bars.


If you are fined a certain amount of Scanadian Dollars and do not pay within a set amount of time, this counts as theft and you will be charged for theft. You will be behind bars until you pay the fine.

Illegal Firearms (SCA-RL.8a)

When owning a firearm, you must own a valid firearm license.


Some firearms may be illegal to own as a regular civilian such as, AK47, any types of Rocket Launcher, any types of full automatics, tasers.


Another illegal weapon to own is pepper spray. The only time a civilian is allowed using pepper spray is if they are an on duty official officer and/or working for the government while on duty. Anytime you're off duty, you cannot use pepper spray.

Public Safety (SCA-RL.9a)

When being out in public, you and others must keep each other safe in public.


If a citizen or visitor of Scanadia is out driving on roads recklessly, it can cause public endangerment and can lead up to 5 years behind bars.

Evading (SCA-RL.10a)

If an officer or a government official stopped you for a suspicion or valid reason, you do not have the right to leave the scene. If you do choose to leave the scene, you can be charged for evading police/government officials. This can lead up to 6 years behind bars.

Court (SCA-RL.11)

Speaking and eating/drinking (SCA-RL.11a)

During court, you cannot bring drinks or food into the court room. You cannot eat or drink in the court. If an officer and/or a government official from the active court room/case offers and/or brings food/drinks, you are permitted to eat and drink the provided drinks/food. When court is in action, you cannot speak until the jury (judge) allows or asks you to speak. The only way you can speak is if the jury directly says you can speak (ex. "You can speak Mr Name"). This does not qualify if the jury simply responds with, "Yes?".

Electronic devices (SCA-RL.11b)

When court is in action, you must be permitted to bring in electronics to court. If you bring electronics to court without permission from the jury (judge), it can cost a 100 - 150 Scanadian Dollar fine. If you record/stream audio and/or video during the court session without permission from the jury (judge), it can lead to a 400 - 600 Scanadian Dollar fine + an order to delete the footage.


When requesting permission to record audio and/or video, you must provide a reasonable reason for the recording. You also must tell the jury (judge) where this recording is going (ex. "I am publishing this footage onto a site of mine").

Business (SCA-RL.12)

Creating businesses (SCA-RL.12a)

When creating a business, it is required to fill out an application and/or get it permitted from the president.


If you do not have special access to contact/speak with the president of Scanadia, the more common and easy way to do it is with an application.


Opening a business (SCA-RL.12b)

Before opening a business, you must be checked with a government official and/or the mayor of your town.


If your business has a physical location, it will require the CEO's CIDC or PCIDC location visible and accessible to the public. An example of this is having it put on the right side of the front door. An example of what to NOT do is having it in the bathroom and/or on the sides of the building other than the front.


If your business is something relating to news/information, it will require to be approved by the government of Scanadia. If it is not approved by the government of Scanadia, Scanadia has full permission to request a take down of the company.

Breaking Objects (SCA-RL.13a)

If you break an object of any kind inside of stores, you must purchase the specific item that you have broke. If you broke an object that someone else owns, you must pay them the exact amount they bought it for.


If you smash an antique rotary dial phone between 12:00 AM - 4:00 AM, you can be fined 250 - 500 Scanadian Dollars. The same goes for if you smash/break a Roblox giftcard at that time.

President Orders (SCA-RL.14a)

If the president orders someone to do something, they MUST do that ordered action.


The president will usually order government workers and not civilians, but that may still happen.


The only consequences is a warning or a 2 Scanadian Dollar fine.

Murder (SCA-RL.15a)

If one attempts murder and/or murders a human being in the country, Scanadia, you will be charged for attempted murder and/or murder.


No fines will be issued. Depending on the actions, you can get 10 years all the way to lifetime behind bars.

Theft (SCA-RL.16a)

When owning an object, you are protected by SCA-RL.16a.


Someone is not allowed using an other's personal object without permission. If they take it and/or use it, it can get them a 1250 Scanadian dollar fine and/or 6 - 12 years behind bars.


This law goes with stealing, auto mobiles, transportation vehicles, doors, anything owned by someone that is not you. This law also protects stores/companies from people walking in and taking things.
